Meet Our Team

Dr. Glenn Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of TN at Chattanooga before attending dental school at the University of TN Health Science Center. Since Dr. Wilson started practicing in 2005, he has received extensive advanced training in Full Mouth Rehabilitation, Cosmetic Dentistry, Restoration, and Implant Placement. He has been a Chattanooga Area Dental Society Member since 2005 and served as a board member for 5 years.

As his family and patients know, Dr. Wilson loves to laugh. He even cracks himself up! One of his favorite things about being a dentist is making his patients smile because they are happy with their teeth. He believes a bright, healthy smile has an extraordinary impact on a person’s personality and confidence.

Lori attended Cleveland State Community College, and she has worked in the dental industry for 9 years. She also has other experience in the medical field, but she stayed at home when her children were young.

Lori and her husband of 26 years love to spend time with their 3 children and 6 grandchildren! Her favorite part of her job is talking to her patients and hearing about their families. She also loves to play Name that Tune, so let her know if you are up for a game! One day Lori would like to drive up both coasts and explore.

Jessica earned an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She lives out her passion of caring for people every day. Jessica loves being able to teach patients how to develop healthier habits, so that they don’t dread coming to the dentist in the future. She wants to see each of her patients healthy, not only intraorally but systematically.

Jessica’s favorite thing about Chattanooga Family Dental is that people (both patients and staff) are treated like people and not just a number. We have a caring office and that is truly felt.

When she is not at the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two sons and her miniature Schnauzer fur baby named Ellie. Jessica and her sons are really into folkstyle wrestling. One day Jessica hopes to tour the Holy Land.

Karla attended school at Chattanooga State. She started her professional career as a Magical Vacation Planner, and then became a Dental Hygienist. Her favorite part of her job is her patients, and they can tell!

Karla is married with three children, and she loves to go to Disney World.

Pamela has over 38 years of experience in dentistry. She loves communicating with people and easing her patients’ fear, which makes her an asset to any office team.

Pamela enjoys spending time with her son and her fiancé. She also enjoys riding bikes in her free time. One day Pamela would love to take a trip to Hawaii or a cruise to Alaska.

Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Biancalana spent his childhood summers in rural Oxford, Wisconsin. He attended Chicago’s Lovett Elementary School and Steinmetz High School. He graduated with honors from Carthage College and earned his dental surgery degree from Loyola University Dental School in 1982. Dr. Biancalana first owned a practice in Chicago’s “Back of the Yards” neighborhood and provided dental care in public aid clinics in the Austen and Pilsen districts. In 1982, John opened the suburban dental office near Woodfield Mall, where he practiced for 30 years.

Realizing his dream of being a “hometown” dentist, Dr. Biancalana restored and renovated a historic building acquired in Burlington, Illinois to its original glory. Thus Burlington Dental was born! So in 2007, the Burlington community celebrated their centennial year and welcomed their very own dentist to town. Dr. Biancalana then split his time, practicing in both of his offices.

During his career spanning over 40 years, Dr. Biancalana has received many accolades.  He has been ranked by Chicago “Consumer’s Checkbook” Magazine as one of the area’s top dentists and was awarded “Top Doc” honors by Dr. Oz of the Fox network.

Having been a lifetime resident of the Midwest, Dr. Biancalana relocated to Alabama with his family to enjoy the pleasant weather, pastoral tranquility and recreational lakes of the state.

Dr. Biancalana is a father of four. Gabriella is a graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham, and Sofia is a graduate of John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science in Nashville, Tennessee. Lucca and Bella are in high school.
